Summary Mischievous campaign “Fix it” gets ended, Ringmaster Alamgir Khan arrested red-handed

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Alamgir Khan, founder of “Fix it” campaign was fixed in lock-up on Thursday, Dunya News reported. “Fix it” campaign was started in Karachi by Alamgir Khan to clean the city and put sewer caps. Karachi Police locked him up.

According to details, Alamgir Khan, took a truck full of garbage to the Chief Minister (CM) House, where his arrival was already anticipated by police. Hence on his arrival in CM house he was taken high-handedly by the police. As soon as garbage fell on the road, police rushed in action against Alamgir Khan and afterwards arrested him and his truck was also confiscated.

The master of “Fix it” seemed distressed behind the bar; however he kept himself determined to continue his campaign. People gathered outside Civil Lines Police Station and protested against Alamgir Khan’s arrest. In the meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf leader Imran Ismail reached police station and threatened that if Alamgir Khan was not freed then we’ll protest. It’s not understandable that why the govt had problems with “Fix it” campaign.

Reacting to Alamgir s arrest, his father said that Alamgir had no connections with any political party and was only serving his city. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Imran Ismail threatened to protest if Alamgir wasn t released. Alamgir s supporters also held a protest at Civil Lines Police Station against his arrest.
