ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Amendments in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) intra-party elections and accountability commission have lifted up internal party differences, reported on Monday.
PTI vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi stated that amendment in accountability commission has weakened the party while the resignation of Tasneem Noorani would further add fuel to the fire.
He said that a difference has been noticed between party s election commission and senior leadership on the process of intra-party polls.
He further demanded to form a two to three-member committee to address the reservations over intra-party elections.
Shah Mehmood said that party’s ideology has got badly affected by the change in accountability commission’s law. He said the opposition parties are leveling allegations of double standards against PTI.
