Summary Arrested suspects belong to the Baba Ladla group of Lyari gangwar.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Rangers late Thursday night took 5 alleged suspects into custody and recovered a huge cache of ammunition during a search operation in Karachi’s area of Purana Golimar.
According to Rangers sources, Rangers conducted the search operation on information of criminals in the area. The suspected individuals were taken into custody on the identification of suspects arrested earlier and recovered the weapons hidden in a building.
According to the Rangers, the arrested suspects belong to the Baba Ladla group of Lyari gangwar. An interrogation of the apprehended suspects is underway.
On the other hand, law enforcement agencies took the member of a political party Rizwan Awan into custody and shifted him to an undisclosed location during a raid in Khadda market area of Lyari.
Meanwhile police also arrested two felons during action in Lyari Agra Taj area. Police say ammunition was found from the suspects.
