Cold, dry weather expected in most parts of Pakistan

Summary Foggy condition is likely to prevail over some parts of plain areas of Punjab during morning hours.

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours. However, rain with snowfall over the hills is expected at isolated places of Malakand, Hazara, Peshawar divisions, upper FATA, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan during night.

According to Met Office, foggy condition is likely to prevail over some parts of plain areas of Punjab and Sukkur divisions during morning hours.

Temperature of some major cities including Islamabad was 5°C, Lahore and Peshawar 10°C, Karachi 14°C, Quetta 4°C, Gilgit 2°C, Murree 3°C and Muzaffarabad 6°C.

Today, lowest temperature was recorded in Parachinar, Hunza -04°C, Gupis, Kalam, Astore -03°C, Skardu -02°C, Murree, Rawalakot, Kalat, Dir and Gilgit -01°C.
