KARACHI (Dunya News) – Rangers on Wednesday arrested the target killer Minhaj alias Asad involved in the murder of former Managing Director of Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) Shahid Hamid.
According to the Rangers Spokesperson, the wanted target killer of a notorious militant wing has admitted to the murder of the former MD. The suspect has also confessed to numerous other cases of target killings.
The Rangers Spokesperson has also stated that the felon has been taken into custody for 90-days from the court.
On the other hand, police arrested a foreigner acting as an operative of gangwar from an area near Malir Halt.
According to the police, the arrested operative Macha Nazirama is from Tanzania.
The arrested felon was illegally residing in Pakistan since 2015. A mobile phone, foreign currency and passport has was found from the suspect.
Police officials say the mobile phone’s data has also been obtained.
