Summary Education minister will present private education commission bill in the assembly
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Government of Punjab will present Private Education Commission bill on the Punjab Assembly floor tomorrow (Monday) February 1, reported by Dunya News.
Education Minister Rana Mashhood Ali Khan will present the bill in the assembly. The bill has been finalised and it has been put into the agenda of the assembly.
According to the bill, this commission will monitor the private education institutions. The commission will have seventeen members. There will be a district level network of the commission. It will look into the fee structure of the schools. It will also check the educational facilities provided according to the category and the fee.
Another provision in the legislation will bound these educational institutions to provide up to 10 percent education to children entitled to free education.
