Summary JI chief said march against corruption will be held and government's corruption will also be exposed
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Jamaat Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq has on Thursday said that the rulers have robbed the national exchequer of Rs. 375 billion. He said that the JI will hold march against corruption and expose government’s corruption, reported Dunya News.
Addressing Implementation of Islam Conference at Noor-e-Haq Institution, Sirajul Haq said that Indian intelligence agency RAW is involved in the terrorist activities in Pakistan. He said that the rulers have robbed the national exchequer of Rs. 375 billion and thus the JI will hold a march against corruption, exposing government’s corruption.
Talking at the Meet the Press event at Press Club, JI chief said that the local body elections have been held and the powers must now be transferred to the local body representatives so that the elected representatives may serve the people better.
Siraj said that every Pakistani youngster is a ‘lion’ but the government remained silent when Bangladesh hanged its citizens for supporting Pakistan.
