KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahdia Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Friday issued a statement saying none of its workers are linked to slain MQM leader Imran Farooq’s murder. The statement also informed that MQM is ready to cooperate with the British Metropolitan police in every way pertaining to the investigation into the matter.
MQM stated that Farooq was an old friend of MQM leaders since many years. MQM statement highlighted that all of its leaders and workers were stricken with grief on the news of his death.
The statement also informed that MQM is also aware of the alleged confessions made by suspects in custody.
