On Wednesday, folk artist Talib Hussain and Bashiran Bibi, both aged 60, tied the knot in Faisalabad after falling in love some three decades ago.
Both were separated 35 years ago when Talib Hussain’s luck didn’t work and Bashiran Bibi’s family fixed her marriage with another person.
With memories of his first love, Talib Hussain refused to marry any other woman.
After death of Bashiran Bibi’s husband, Talib Hussain sent marriage proposal and both were reunited in a wedding ceremony on Wednesday.
A large number of relatives attended the ceremony and extended their warm wishes to the couple.
