NEW DELHI (Dunya News/Web Desk) – The Pathankot airbase siege in India ended on Tuesday afternoon with Indian Defence Minister claiming all 6 terrorists were taken down, Dunya News reported.

The drop scene of the terrorist attack happened on Tuesday and it took the Indian army nearly 4 days to clear the targeted airbase of terrorists.
In a bid to cover up public relations disaster for the Modi-led Indian government, Parrikar claimed the attackers belonged to Pakistan while admitting terrorists were only able to infiltrate the airbase because of the security failure.
The Indian media claimed that the attackers used vehicle snatched from Gurdaspur’s Superintendent of Police Salwindar Singh. As per the officials, at least 7 security personnel including Lieutenant Col were also killed while another 20 were injured.
