Muslims in London included people of other communities during their Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) celebrations. The Muslim community distributed roses and cards while standing at George Street in London, a gesture that was taken very well by the passerby. Distributing the items, one such man said that Islam is a religion of peace. More than a thousand roses were given away.

Earlier, a group of teenagers also distributed flowers to passersby in New York City on the eve of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH).
