LAHORE: (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has on Friday said that civil-military leadership is on the same page in Pakistan. He said that India and Pakistan must resolve the Kashmir issue, reported Dunya News.

In an interview with an Indian TV channel, Imran Khan said that civil and military leaderships are on the same page in Pakistan and there is no chance of a martial law.

Although he was bombarded with questions by Indian media, PTI Chairman played every ball with complete command. Answering one such question, Imran said that there is no space for terrorism in Pakistan.

Openly discussing his party’s politics in India, Imran Khan said that PTI will be in power once the errors in the electoral system are rectified. He said that he went for the sit-in only after he was unable to get justice despite 1-year struggle against rigging.

Responding to another question, Imran said that all political parties in Pakistan want good relations with India.

In a statement issued by the Indian Prime Minister, Indian Foreign Ministry Spokesman stated Imran Khan met Narendra Modi at the request of the latter. Both leaders welcomed the progress made in the way of Pak-India relations.

Key issues were discussed at the meeting on key views including Pak-India series. Imran Khan also extended an invitation to Modi to visit Pakistan at the occasion. Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the meeting between Khan and Narendra Modi is highly welcome. Matters such as Indo-Pak ties and bilateral cricket series were discussed in length during the meeting which lasted 10 minutes, he said.
