RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – At least three students sustained severe wounds when motorcyclists rammed into them while performing one-wheeling in Rawalpindi today (Tuesday).

The incident took place when three girls, identified as Alisha Fareed, Aneela and Zainab, were going to Government Girls High School and collided with bikers who were performing one-wheeling near Liaquat Bagh.

The schoolgirls were taken to the district headquarter hospital for medical assistance where the doctors stated that the victims are out of danger.



Earlier, three youth lost their lives due to one-wheeling on motorbikes in Lahore while celebrating Independence Day in their own style.

Those who died included 25-year-old Rehan, 24-year-old Imran and an unidentified youth. Their dead bodies have been shifted to hospital.

The notification of taking stern action against the one-wheelers has also been issued from the Lahore District Coordination Officer (DCO) in this regard.

According to district government, the decision has been taken due to raise in traffic mishaps caused by one-wheeling in the city which has not been implemented so far.
