GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – The enthusiastic citizens of Punjab and Sindh are participating in the polling for second phase of local bodies elections.
An old age man while dancing reached polling station in Gujranwala and cast his vote. The local said that people of every age should use their voting right.

An 80-year-old devoted woman arrived in Sargodha’s polling station on wheel chair and participated in electoral process.

Many of the senior citizens were also seen waiting for their turn standing in queues outside several polling stations as voting time started at 7:30 am.

In the second phase of LB elections, polling is being held in Punjab’s Sargodha, Gujranwala, Sahiwal, Attock, Jhelum, Mianwali, Chiniot, Toba Tek Singh, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Sheikhupura and Khanewal districts.
In Sindh, polling is being held in Hyderabad, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Matiari, Dadu, Jamshoro, Badin, Thatta, Sajawal, Shaheed Benazirabad, Nausharo Feroz, Mirpur Khas, Umerkot and Tharparkar while the polling in Sanghar district has been postponed due to security reasons.
