Summary Police stated that legal action will be taken against the negligent individuals.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Tragedy struck in Faisalabad’s area of Jaranwala road near Makuana by-pass on Monday as 5 children fell in water well. 3 children were killed instantly in the accident. 1122 Rescue officials and residents of the area took out the remaining 2 children in critical condition.
According to the rescue officials, a brick maker had dug out a well like pond in the area. The depth of the water well was said to be around 20-25 feet. Children from a nearby area were playing near the well in which they fell accidentally.
Children who lost their lives include 6 year old Kiran, 8 year old Yasin and 10 year old Ahmed while 10 year old Taj-Din and 9 year old Ahmed were rescued.
Both of the rescued children were shifted to the hospital where their condition is being said to be out of danger.
Police stated that legal action will be taken against the negligent individuals.
