Summary Police should take additional steps to ensure security of holy places, says Shahbaz Sharif
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday has directed police officials to supervise security measures taken regarding Eidul Adha.
The CM has issued special instructions for Punjab Police ahead of Eidul Adha. Shahbaz has directed officials to personally inspect different places. The CM said that police is responsible to take care of the lives and properties of the citizens.
Police should take additional steps to ensure security of holy places, he added. CM Shahbaz has ordered police to monitor implementation of security plan which is chalked out for Eidul Adha.
