Summary MPA Ali Nawaz Shah was sent to jail for five years by an accountability court.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – While hearing a plea against sentencing of Sindh MPA Ali Nawaz Shah, the Sindh High Court on Monday issued summon notices to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and other respondents, directing them to appear on September 21.
Last week, the provincial lawmaker was sentenced to 5-years in prison by an accountability court on various charges of corruption and misuse of authority.
He is currently behind bars at the Karachi Central Jail.
