Summary Amir Khan is facing charges of instigating terrorism and harbouring criminals.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Saturday adjourned hearing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Amir Khan’s case till October 10.
During the case proceeding today, police presented interim challan in the court. The challan declared five MQM workers as absconders.
The court approved the challan and ordered immediate arrest of other accused including Naeem, Ejaz, Raees, Imran and Shehzad.
The senior MQM leader Amir Khan is facing charges of instigating terrorism and harbouring criminals. He was arrested during Rangers raid on party headquarter Nine Zero in March this year.
