LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has assigned Hamid Khan to lead its legal battle regarding NA-122 on Monday. Hamid Khan will file appeal against Ayaz Sadiq’s application on Tuesday, reported Dunya News.
PTI has decided to become a party against the application filed by Ayaz Sadiq and Hamid Khan has been given the task to head the legal team. Hamid Khan will file an application in S upreme Court Lahore Registry tomorrow (Tuesday) which will appeal that PTI should be given chance to speak before giving a verdict on Sardar Ayaz Sadiq’s petition.
According to sources, PTI will defend the Election Tribunal s decision fully.
