ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has expressed reservations over not extending service of Election Tribunal on Monday, reported Dunya News.
In a letter sent to Chief Election Commissioner, Jehangir Tareen has said that the matter of not extending service of Election Tribunal is putting an obstacle to justice adding that abolition of tribunal will put hearing of NA-118 to NA-122 cases to delay.
It is pertinent to mention here that judges recently gave some decisions in favour of PTI which apparently gives the impression that Tribunal judges are being removed by force by PML-N.
