Summary Interior Minister says services of religious scholars will be needed to beat terrorist ideology
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has on Monday said that government will decide the methodology of foreign funding to the seminaries. He said that the services of the religious scholars will be necessary in order to beat the terrorist ideology, reported Dunya News.
Holding a press conference after the all-important meeting of the religious scholars with the Prime Minister and the government officials, Chaudhyr Nisar told that the united front against terrorism was agreed upon between the religious and political parties. He said that the attendants also agreed upon registration of the seminaries. He said that a committee will be formed under the surveillance of Interior Ministry for the registration of the seminaries.
Interior Minister told that the methodology of the foreign funding of seminaries will be decided upon by the government and all the monetary matters of the seminaries will be completed through seminaries. He further told that a session of the chief ministers of all 4 provinces will be held on September 10 in which the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir will also be present.
