Summary Police has registered cases against 4 suspects.
KASUR (Dunya News) – Police seized more than 1800 donkey hides on Saturday and registered cases against 8 people in police stations Saddar and B-Division, reported Dunya News.
A contingent of police raided a warehouse at Noor Elahi, Din Garh and confiscated up to 1600 hides of donkeys. During the raid, the owner of the factory called up his lawyers who tried to stop the police from seizing the hides. Harsh words were also exchanged during the raid. On hearing the news, DSP City arrived on spot with additional contingent of police and entered into the warehouse using force.
Police loaded the hides into trucks, numbering 1800, and brought it to police station B-Division. According to SHO Kafiyatullah, police has registered cases against 4 suspects.
