Summary MQM and government delegates have both exchanged drafts of a possible agreement

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and government held another round of negotiations here on Wednesday in which both parties exchanged drafts of terms for a possible agreement, Dunya News reported.

The next round of talks is expected to take place on Thursday and both leaders requested Fazlur Rehman to join the next session.

According to details, a fresh round of negotiations between MQM and government took place at Punjab House in Islamabad. The government’s side was represented by Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar while Farooq Sattar was present on MQM’s behalf.

According to sources, MQM and government delegates have both exchanged copies of drafts of a possible agreement.

After reviewing both documents, both leaders contacted Fazlur Rehman and requested to join the next meeting.
