Summary Fazlur Rehman has confirmed alliance with PPP
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) on Friday have decided to proceed with local body (LB) and coming general elections with electoral unity through seat adjustment in Sindh.
JUI-F chief Fazlur Rehman has confirmed alliance with PPP. JUI-F secretary general Rashid Mehmood Soomro held meeting with Rehman and briefed him about talks with PPP in Sindh. Sources said that JUI-F will dispatch conditions of alliance to Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah today.
Committees formed in this regard will hold meeting on August 31 which will be led by Sindh CM and Soomro.
