ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) displayed strong reaction to alleged ‘revenge attacks’ and arrest of it leaders. Qamar Zaman Kaira said that open war will be declared if allegations of terrorism are hurled. Sherry Rehman said that why non-bailable warrants of PPP’s leaders have been issued, reported Dunya News.
Talking during a press conference, PPP leader Sherry Rehman questioned what type of message is being given to PPP by carrying out ‘revenge attacks’ against it. Qamar Zaman Kaira said that PPP is being punished for its ‘war on terror’.
Qamar Zaman Kaira said that reconciliatory politics had damaged the party yet PPP does not want confrontational politics even now adding that the party will play not be a party to ‘derail democracy’.
