Summary The provincial anti-corruption department has launched probe into millions of rupees corruption.
KARACHI (Web Desk) – In another move to tighten noose around corrupt officers in the province, the Sindh Anti-Corruption Department has finalised a list of 216 cases, Dunya News reported.
Prominent political personalities, their relatives and other officers have been nominated in the cases.
As per details, 19 cases of Sindh Revenue Board, 19 of Works and Services, 17 of irrigation department, 12 in agriculture field and 4 important cases of food department have been included in the list.
There are more than 40 cases against officers of the anti-corruption department.
Anti-corruption department s chairman Mumtaz Shah has issued directives to launch crackdown on corrupt individuals.
