LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday has directed the federation to submit reply in increased tax on sui gas supply in one week, Dunya News reported.
During the case hearing, plaintiff Shafqat Mahmood stated that increased tax on sui gas is illegal, therefore, the court should annul the decision.
Subsequently, the court has approved the petition for hearing and ordered federation officials to submit written reply in one week.
