ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) - Spokesperson of Interior Ministry has on Sunday said that the reports of attack on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif s convoy are incorrect. Spokesperson said that the person arrested had no intentions to attack the PM s convoy and the investigations are still going on, reported Dunya News.

According to the Spokesperson of the Interior Ministry, the person arrested had no intentions of attacking PM s convoy. He said that the investigations of the incident are still underway and the complete details will soon be brought forward.

It had also been reported that the arrested person had initially claimed to be a retired officer of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) but changed his statement afterwards. He was allowed to leave after investigations.
