LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday has said that the provincial government did not take a penny from the federal government for training of Anti-Terrorism Force (ATF).
While addressing participants of ATF s third passing our parade in Lahore.
He congratulated the personnel passing out and their parents on the occasion. He said that the personnel would ensure safety of the lives and properties of the people.
It is hoped that the fresh personnel would fight terrorism to the best of their abilities, he added.
He said that the ATF would clear the country of terrorism. While talking about Operation Zarb-e-Azb he said that the Pakistan Army is making history with the kind of success it has gained. He said that the country’s safety is in good hands and that the nation is hopeful.
Shahbaz said that Pakistan’s security forces remain alert day and night to counter insurgencies. He said that if we have to steer the country out of crisis, we all need to work hard.
