LONDON: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) workers on Sunday staged a protest outside British Prime Minister’s residence at 10 Downing Street, London, against Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain. They submitted a resolution at the 10 Downing Street demanding action against Altaf Hussain in the cases registered against him in accordance with the law, reported Dunya News.

According to details, PTI workers protested against the MQM chief outside British PM’s residence under the leadership of PTI leader Faisal Wada. Protesters raised slogans against Altaf Hussain.

Faisal Wada said that PTI wanted peace in Karachi. “Provocative speeches against national institutions are unacceptable”, he said.

After the protest, PTI London President Barrister Waheedur Rehman submitted a resolution at the British PM’s House stating that MQM chief was involved in inciting violence in Pakistan while staying in London. The resolution demanded the British authorities to stop Altaf Hussain from making provocative speeches against national institutions and action against him in all the registered cases.
