Should Imran Khan apologize after inquiry commission report: Dunya poll

Summary Imran Khan had assured that he would apologize for allegations if proven wrong, but will he?

LAHORE: (Web Desk) – Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan had said that he would apologize for his rigging allegations if proven wrong. He had said that he just wanted investigations of the elections and though he felt that all his allegations were right but he would apologize for the allegations if proven wrong.

However, in a decision made by the PTI leaders  meeting in Islamabad today, the party has decided not to apologize for their stance and considered the very establishment of the judicial commission a vindication of their stance. Claiming victory, the party decided not to apologize for their allegations on any of those alleged of being allegedly involved in the alleged rigging.

Opposition Leader Khurshid Shah has said, however, that it is between Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan. He said that dictators have ruled this country in the past and graver mistakes were made. "Imran Khan has made the smalled mistake in fact", he said.
