KARACHI (Dunya News) – Rangers on Monday acquired transit remand of Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Rabta committee member Qamar Mansoor from a local court, Dunya News reported.
The suspect was presented before judicial magistrate court where Rangers law officer requested for transit remand.
The court approved the request and remanded the MQM member in Rangers custody.
According to Rangers law officer, case against Qamar Mansoor has been registered under the terrorism act.
Besides this sources report that the suspect will be presented before an anti-terrorism court (ATC) for the attainment of his 90-day remand.
