ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs on Wednesday wrote a letter to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) urging the authorities to hold local bodies election in Punjab and Sindh phase wise, Dunya News reported.
The ministry has also demanded to mull the process of LB polls in Sindh and Punjab and stressed LB polls in phases after consulting with provincial governments.
Moreover, the letter was written over the recommendations of National Assembly’s Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs.
