Summary FIA was given a non-objection certificate (NOC) on June 27, states Sector Commander's letter
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Rangers on Monday has given Moazzam Ali Khan, criminal involved in Dr Imran Farooq murder case in Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) custody for investigation.
The Rangers put forth a plea in anti-terrorism court (ATC) seeking transference of the criminal’s custody for further investigation. A letter written by the Rangers Sector Commander was also forwarded to the court that stated FIA was given a non-objection certificate (NOC) on June 27.
Earlier, Khan was arrested from Azizabad and was sent on 90-day remand on April 13.
