LONDON (Dunya News) – The British government has launched a fresh probe into leaking and airing on media of documents related to investigation of MQM leaders
According to details, the British government has taken a strict notice regarding leaking of the documents and have said that those responsible must be determined and sacked if found guilty.
In an order issued by British Attorney General’s office, it was stated that British institutions must not leak vital information regarding cases to anyone, adding that the government has to take permission from court before giving information regarding a case to any country.
The British government said that the suspects can benefit from leaking the information to another country. The British Attorney General office has ordered that the documents aired on Pakistani media must be investigated.
The investigations have already begun into the matter.
