RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Statements of two witnesses in Benazir Bhutto murder case was not recorded today (Monday) due to absence of the judge, Dunya News reported.
The hearing was to be conducted in Adiala jail by anti-terrorism court’s (ATC) judge Roy Muhammad Ayub but was adjourned till July 1 due to his absence.
The court had summoned two important witnesses on the last hearing which included security incharge of Benazir Bhutto Senior Superintendant Police (SSP) Imtiaz Ahmad and the driver Javed-ur-Rehman.
On the other hand preparations have also been completed to record the statement of American journalist through video link.
Temporary court has been setup whereas screen and other devices have been installed in DC office.
Moreover, the date for recording the statement will be decided later.
