DASKA (Dunya News) - Former Senior House Officer (SHO) Daska Shehzad Warraich have been indicted today (Monday) in the killing of two lawyer’s including President Bar, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the hearing was conducted by Anti-Terrorism’s special court Judge Bushra Zaman in Central jail’s court room.
The suspect was brought in the court amid tight security.
The judge charged him under section 302, 324, 337-D, 337-A1 including anti-terrorism section six and seven on which he pleaded innocence and requested the court to provide him further time in order to appoint a lawyer for him.
The court accepted his plea and directed him to arrange a lawyer till June 24.
Moreover, the hearing of the suspect’s plea to remove anti-terrorism sections from the case will also be held on June 24.
