LAHORE (Dunya News) - At least seven more death row convicts have been sent to the gallows in different jails of Punjab on early Wednesday morning, Dunya News reported.
According to details three death row prisoners were hanged in Faisalabad Central Jail. Prisoner Nabeel Ahmad had killed a man in 2000 while death row convicts Saleem and Rashid had killed a man in 1998 over an old anmity.
Two death row convicts were executed in Central Jail Sahiwal. Prisoner Fiaz was guilty of killing a man in 2003 while death row convict Qaisar had killed a man in 2004 in a robbery attempt.
Death row prisoner Muhammad Aslam s/o Manni Khan was executed in Mianwali Central Jail. Muhammad Aslam had killed a man and his son over a domestic dispute in 1997.
Another death row convict, Iqbal, was hanged in Gujrat Central Jail. Prisoner Iqbal was guilty of killing a man in 1998.
