RAJANPUR (Web Desk) – Several villages in Rajanpur district of Punjab were inundated after torrential rains in Koh-e-Suleman range caused flooding in the local drains in areas including Landi Syedan, Bohli, Bambli and Lal Garh, Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
Resultantly, land route to several areas was suspended while locals had to trudge through three feet flood water to reach Jampur and Rajanpur.
Resident have complained that floods affect these areas every year but the district administration has failed to construct protection dykes.
