Summary All NGOs will be regularized, no decision regarding the NGOs was withdrawn, says Interior Minister
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has on Monday said that no decision regarding any Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has been withdrawn. He said that all the NGOs will be regularizes, reported Dunya News.
In a statement from Islamabad, Chaudhry Nisar said that the action against the NGOs was taken on the advice of the Economic Affairs Division as it monitors the NGOs.
Nisar said that the registration of all the NGOs will be checked and they will be regularized. He said that none of the decisions regarding the NGOs was taken back. “Their status will remain as it is unless a formula is devised”, he said.
