Summary Two death row convicts were hanged in various jails of the country on Thursday morning.
FAISALABAD/HARIPUR (Dunya News) - At least two death row convicts have been executed in different jails of the country on early Thursday morning, Dunya News reported.
According to details, death row convict Shahid Shafiq was hanged in District Jail Faisalabad. Shahid Shafiq was guilty of killing his aunt in 1996 over a domestic dispute.
Another death row prisoner, Gul Muhammad, was hanged in the Central Jail Haripur. Gul Muhammad was awarded death sentence by an anti terrorist court in Mardan.
