LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) sought reply from federation and provincial government in four weeks over the issue of ensuring equal education system for every institution, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
During the hearing, claimant told that diversified education system has created inferiority complex between poor and rich.
He said that the provision of equivalent education system is against the constitution, therefore, the court should order the ministers to ensure equal education among all.
Subsequently, the court has directed federal and provincial governments to submit their statements in the matter.
