Summary Mirza said that his wife is ill and needs to go out of country for treatment
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Court of District and Session judge South extended Zulfiqar Mirza’s bail on Monday, court also gave him permission of foreign visit. Zulfiqar Mirza had filed a petition in the court that his wife Fahmida Mirza is ill and doctors have recommended to take her out of country for treatment so the court should extend his bail and give him permission to go out of country.
Zulfiqar Mirza’s lawyers Javed Mir and Saif Ali Khan has filed same petition in Anti-terrorism Court as well, on which court has given them notice till 10th of June.
