Summary Teachers broke the video camera of journalists on the orders of school principal
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The administration of Government High School Nanak Pura Peshawar manhandled journalists who went there for the coverage of Lady Presiding Officers’ (PO) training on Thursday. Lady POs were being trained in the school for the by-elections. When the reporters of Dunya TV reached there along with a female reporter, the administration of the school got angry and tortured the reporters. The teachers broke the video camera of Dunya team on school principal s orders.
Teachers not only beat the male reporters and cameraman of the team but also abused the female reporter of Dunya Tv.
When the news got aired on media, the local police and officials of Education Department reached there. The principal and teachers of the school submitted written apology after the interference of police and Education Department officials.
