Summary One dacoit was killed while dozens of suspects were arrested during search operations in Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, police conducted a search operation on Rizvia area of Karachi on Wednesday and arrested three members of a banned outfit.
Those who were arrested were identified as Syed Nisar Ahmad, Haroon Khan and Adalat Khan. Police sources said that a Kalashnikov, rifle, repeater and other arms were recovered from them.
Police also arrested a gang war accused in injured condition after an encounter in Defence area. According to SP Clifton, accused Azhar Ahmad belonged to Lyari gang war. Meanwhile a dacoit was killed in police encounter in Korangi area.
On the other hand police conducted a search operation in Bhangoria Goth area where three police official were killed in Tuesday night. According to SP Liquatabad, Tahir Noorani, more than 30 suspects were arrested during the search operation.
