KARACHI (Dunya News) – The helmet has been made mandatory for bikers and pillion riders including women in Karachi applicable from June 1, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Traffic Karachi issued a directive making it mandatory to wear helmets for bikers and pillion riders and the violators will face strict action.
According to the Motor Vehicle Ordinance 1965’s section 89-A, the helmet has been made mandatory for both the bikers and the pillion riders.
