KARACHI (Web Desk) – Expressing resentment over Saturday’s incident, the Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday barred Additional IG, DIG South and SSP South from working till Wednesday, Dunya News reported.

In a clear violation of court order on Saturday, masked policemen in plain clothes manhandled former Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Zulfiqar Mirza s body guards and shifted them to an undisclosed location.

The policemen also snatched cameras and roughed up the cameramen of private new television channels to prevent live coverage of their actions outside the high court.

While hearing Zulfiqar Mirza s case today, Justice Sajjah Ali Shah remarked that court has been attacked and none will be spared in connection with the incident.

The court warned that top police officials will be suspended if names of the  attackers  were not revealed.
