LAHORE (Dunya News) – An attempt to smuggle heroin from Lahore to foreign country was foiled at Allama Iqbal International Airport today (Monday), Dunya News reported.
According to details, the passenger named Shehbaz was to board a private airline going to Bahrain when he was checked by the authorities who recovered 1 kg heroine worth million rupees from his bag.
Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) arrested the suspect and have also initiated investigation of the matter.
The suspect belongs to Sargodha city.
