LAHORE (Web Desk) – An anti-terrorism court in Lahore on Thursday issued death warrant for death row convict Sher Ali, Dunya News reported.
Superintendent of Kot Lakhpat Jail in a request submitted in the ATC stated that Sher Ali was sentenced to death in 2001 for killing a person named Naveed in Kahna area and his mercy pleas have been rejected at all forums.
After hearing the remarks, the court directed the authorities to execute the convict on May 26.
