Summary One of train's carriages separated from rest of train and fell on people crossing the railway line
SHEIKHUPURA (Dunya News) – A cargo train loaded with coal killed two people in Sheikhupura on Saturday. The train was coming from Karachi to Lahore while one of its carriages separated from rest of the train and fell on the people crossing the railway line which killed 2 people and injured 10.
Gate keeper opened the gate while the train was still going and the last carriage of the train fell on a Tonga and some motorcycle riders crossing the road. Rescue 1122 teams reached the scene of the accident and transferred the injured to Farooq Abad and DHQ hospital Sheikhupura.
